Join us for a 1 hour long, small group yoga class incorporating breath work, gentle controlled movements, light strengthening, and a healthy dose of relaxation, thoughtfully crafted to benefit your overall pelvic health. This class is appropriate for anyone. No prior yoga experience required. Pregnant and postpartum folks are welcome. Contact us to sign up, as classes are capped at 6 participants!
